Stanford Local Contest Tie-breaker

There were four contestants who solved a total of three problems
each. Thus, we needed to calculate the total time in order to
select the three students who will comprise team #2. The four
contestants were:

        sunet id name
        -------- ---------------------
        glouser Grant Glouser
        hwatheo Theodore Hwa
        hubes Hubie Chen
        yusufali Salim Yusufali

SCORING

The total time is the sum of the time consumed for each problem
solved. The time consumed for a solved problem is the time elapsed
from the beginning of the contest to the submittal of the accepted run
plus 20 penalty minutes for every rejected run for that problem
regardless of submittal time. There is no time consumed for a problem
that is not solved.

This was really a close contest, but Theodore Hwa managed to come out
on top followed by Grant and Hubie. Salim will be the alternate.
If someone on the second team cannot compete for some reason, Salim
will take his place. If someone on the first team cannot compete for
some reason, then Theodore will take his place, and Salim will compete
with the second team.

Congratulations to you all, and good luck at the regionals!
